Shop 709 Mission Statement

At Shop709, we believe in the power of adventure. We are travelers, risk-takers and opportunists. We believe the world is worth exploring and that big-ticket items are not the key to a joyful experience. Our mission is to provide quality gear that’s just as economical as it is exciting — gear that serves you well on your adventures.

As a California-based company, we deliver a unique adventure experience from water sports to skate gear with headquarters, corporate offices and warehouses located in the Golden State. We’re here help! Our customer service, fulfillment and shipping teams are all based out of Southern California.

At the heart of each of our brands and products is our enthusiasm for the great outdoors. Whether you’re cave diving in Cozumel, thrashing at the skatepark or training for a marathon, you can count on gear that’s made for adventurers like you.

Your privacy matters to us, so Shop709, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Shop709," "we," "us," or "our") offers this Privacy Policy to explain the data collection and use practices of the shop709.com site (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to other online or offline Shop709 sites, affiliates, products or services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Shop 709 cares about the issue of children’s privacy. Our site and services are not intended for use by, nor directed at, children under 13 years old. Shop709 does not intentionally collect Personally Identifiable Information from any person aged 13 or younger.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Shop709 are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. You agree that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND OWNERSHIP/TITLE
