Superb price, comfort, and utility

Ordering from this site proved wiser that trying to get such an item on Amazon or a local dive shop--the price here was excellent! I snorkel/freedive with a camera, cutting tool, a small container for lost items I find, and other useful bits. Thanks to this, I finally have room to stow more of those things at once. The construction quality is a delight. It's easy to wear, swim in, and adjust, and the loops take the excess waistband, so shouldn't have any dangling freely. Each pocket has a tethered D-Ring, and there are a few more on the outside. The pockets aren't large enough of bigger slates, but smaller ones can fit. The drainage holes in the bottom of each pocket are also smart. Since this holster wraps around the waist and thighs, you can feel it while swimming, but it doesn't restrict or impede much. Also, since it's a holster and not a solid pair of shorts, you shouldn't need much further weight (if any) to counteract its buoyancy. I'm quite happy with this purchase, and know I'll appreciate it on more advanced dives in the future. Thank you, Shop709!

IST Diver Thigh Holster - top choice

I have used lots of various thigh pocket rigs for both warm and cold water and these neoprene IST thigh pockets with belt are simply the best - they stay put and don't restrict movement with easy access to the pockets plus D rings, and really well made. They are a 10 in my book!
